New Blaze Bayley Record

Blaze Bayley has a new record on the way and as of today the band has released more information about it. Here’s something from the official presser about it: Former Iron Maiden/Wolfsbane frontman Blaze Bayley has set “Promise and Terror” as the title of his new album, tentatively due on February 1, 2010. Mustaine the Conspiracy Theorist

The Norwegian journalist who Mustaine is all pissed off at has posted all 25 minutes of their interview online and I’d like you to watch the first few minutes of it, up to the part where he starts talking about Metallica. Pay close attention to what he’s saying about 9/11 being an inside job and all that. I know already I’m going to take a shit-ton of heat for this post, but I gotta say it.

Opeth Bus Crash/Suicide

So according to Mikael Ãkerfeldt’s (Opeth/Bloodbath frontman) blog on MySpace someone apparently crashed into the tour bus (which he, Fredrik and Axe weren’t on because they had flown home early), in an apparent suicide attempt. Thanks!

Thanks!

So, I’m four months into this little project of mine and I’d just like to say “thanks!” to everyone who’s been coming in, and especially to those of you who are subscribing to my RSS feed! The numbers had been growing steadily for a while, and now last month they burst open! It was really great. Now, part of this has to do with the fact that I got onto Blabbermouth with my interview with Henrik from Sonata Arctica, but, actually, after that, my numbers have been way up! So thanks everyone for contributing to this excellent month. This has been amazing and gratifying.
